Access to Premises, Visitor Policy, and General Conditions
The Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre (“the Centre”) is a private facility dedicated to the rescue, treatment, rehabilitation, and release of wild animals. In order to prioritise animal welfare and maintain a controlled, low-stress environment, the Centre is not open to the general public for unscheduled visits or casual viewings.

Access to the premises is strictly by prior arrangement and may only be granted with the explicit consent of the Founders or authorised management. All approved visits are subject to specific conditions, which will be communicated in advance and must be adhered to at all times.


Visitor Conduct and Compliance
All visitors agree to:

Follow all instructions provided by staff or authorised personnel
Respect restricted areas and safety boundaries
Refrain from interacting with, feeding, or attempting to handle any animals unless expressly permitted
Maintain a quiet and respectful environment to avoid causing stress to the animals
Comply with all biosecurity measures, including sanitisation protocols where required
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises.


Health, Safety, and Biosecurity
For the safety of both animals and visitors:

No unauthorised animals or pets are permitted on the premises
Visitors may be required to disinfect footwear and equipment before entry
Entry may be refused if there is any risk of disease transmission or contamination
Visitors enter at their own risk and must take reasonable care for their own safety at all times

Photography and Media
Photography, videography, or any form of recording is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been obtained from the Centre.

Any approved content may not be published, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.


Liability Disclaimer
While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure safety, the Centre, its Founders, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm (whether direct or indirect) sustained by any visitor while on the premises.

Visitors acknowledge that they are entering a wildlife rehabilitation environment, which may involve inherent risks.


Indemnity
By entering the premises, visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Centre, its Founders, staff, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their visit, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions.


Right of Admission
The Centre reserves the right to refuse, limit, or revoke access to any individual or group at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
